And here we are on the eighth volume of my favorite vampire series : "The Chicagoland Vampires. And I really loved this one.

But here's where we are : the Cadogan's house has officially left the Greenwich Presidium, but obviously this step will not be without problems ... And things are not going well in Chicago . Let's say that Merit & Co. at this time are not exactly the most beloved people in the city. Among a series of spontaneous riots against the vampires and the public subdued by that funny guy called McKentrick , the life of Merit is increasingly messy ... And what about Mallory ? She decided to repair the mess that she'd combined, making amends right in the Cadogan family , but Ethan does not feel like this idea ... and who does not understand ? But the truth is Merit & Co. , with all the problems that they have,  can afford to make it without a super witch? I'm not really sure...
And then there's the relationship between Merit and Jonah ... always on the edge of the attraction ....
